He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Costley and Alverta Myers Costley; his wife Carol Francine Gibson Costley; his daughter Hope Costley; and his siblings, Earl, Amos, Raymond, Aubrey, James, Anna Mae and Josephine.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Greene (Tracy), Regina Claiborne and Ronald Costley; and his grandchildren, Ayisha (Marvin, Sr.), Kelsey (Anthony), Kaesey, Shaniqua, Keith Jr., Keon, Tyler, Kawaan and Shenea. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family ask in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be sent to Fairview United Methodist Church.
