She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Walker and Emma Renken Walker; her sister Sandra Walker; and her daughter-in-law Dora Manning. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Manning; her children, Christopher Manning (Leisa), Stephanie Donnely (Brian) and Todd Manning; and her grandchildren, Shaun, Brittany, Matthew, Christina and Stephen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Open Door (550 Baltimore Blvd, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
