She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucy Florence (Moore) and Patrick Aulton Hamrick; her husband James Donald "Don" Adams, Sr.; her son Noah Patrick Adams; her grandson Christopher Michael Adams; and her siblings, Denville "Dick" Moore, Jesse Tomaszewski, James, Patrick, Jr., Emma, Homer, Emily and Ella Hamrick.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Bubert (Howard), Frances Cincotta (Peter) of Westminster, MD and James Donald, Jr. of St. Leonard, MD; her brother Kent Hamrick of Fairfield, PA; her sister-in-law Janet Adams Cox of Sophia, WV; and her grandchildren, Mitchell, Brittany, J. D. Adams, Ted, Patrick (Lisa), Daniel Bubert (Christin), Austin (Stephanie) and Lucy Cincotta. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
