He is survived by: his wife Marian Lee Collins (McGonigal); his children, Michael, Matt, Mandy and Melinda Collins; his siblings, Susan Hayes and Charles Collins; and his grandchildren, Zoe, Vera, Stella and Daniel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
