We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2023, at the age of 82, Mary Catherine Waters of Westminster, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Richard D. Gardner and Robert Mitchell Waters; her brother Jack B. Roof; and her parents, Jonathan B. Roof and Mary V. Scott.
She is survived by: her brother James S. Roof; her children, James M. Gardner (Cathy), Timothy L. Gardner (Julie) and Katherine G. Brown (David); her grandchildren, Graham, Aaron, Austin, Amanda Gardner, Madeline and Kenton Brown; and her great grandchildren, Avery and Walden Gardner.
