He is survived by: his parents, Charles W. Brooks, Sr. and Marian D. Brooks of Taneytown, MD.; his spouse Tracy Brooks; his stepchild Kamryn Duvall; and his siblings, Charles Brooks, Jr., Kevin Brooks (Heather) and Kimberly Livelsberger (Christopher).
