He is survived by: his wife Amber Onkst (Thompson); his children, Breanna, Maura, Trenton, Noah, Brody, Ryder and Karson; his granddaughter Nevaeh; his sister Melissa Kerr; his in-laws, Pam and Dave Thompson; his brother-in-law Jesse Thompson (Paige); and his pet Leo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
