She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer William and Mildred Irene Worthen; and her sister Mary Worthen. She is survived by: her cousins, Martin Barnes, Paul Barnes and Jacqueline Dick; and her close friends, Donna, Kathy, Corrine and Linda.
