She was predeceased by: her parents, William Herman Schroeder and Anna May Schroeder (Smith); her spouse Addison Allen Evans, Sr.; and her siblings, William Schroeder, Edward Schroeder, Richard Schroeder, Sr. and Anna M. Baker.

She is survived by: her children, A. Allen Evans, Jr. (Anne) of Westminster and Shirlyn Evans-Ford (Robin) of Hampstead; her grandchildren, Jason Evans (Sarah), Christopher Evans (Heidi), Alyssa Ford Shifflett (Matthew) and Sean Ford; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Arabella, Savannah, Wyatt, Bree, Erin, Ally, Eliza, Delilah and Cecelia.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
