She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Topper and Mildred McAllister Topper; and her husband Louis Howard Alisea. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Alisea (Bethany) of Alva, Sean Alisea (Shannon) of Stewartstown, PA and Tim Alisea (Mandi) of Hampstead, MD; her grandchildren, Katelin, Matthew and Lily; and her great grandchild Wyatt.
