She is survived by: her children, Angie Toop of New Windsor, Robert Bell Jr. (Wanda Cortez) of Kenner, LA and Eboni Shirley of Westminster; her siblings, Elaine Smith and Larry Smith of Westminster; her grandchild Kellen Toop (Brooke) of Manchester; her great grandchildren, Colbin and Tylee; her close friend Charlotte Willis (Poonie) of New Windsor; and her sister-in-law Edna Smith.
