He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Paul Carbaugh and Carrie Airing Carbaugh; his wife Cynthia Jean Moser Carbaugh; and his daughter Star Carbaugh. He is survived by: his daughter Shawnee R. Carbaugh (Brandon Showe) of Hagerstown; and his siblings, Vada May, Hattie Eckenrode of Westminster, Liz Clagett of Pennsylvania and Rick Carbaugh of Westminster. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
