With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Paul Colvin Sr. (Westminster, Maryland), who passed away on December 27, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Colvin and Catherine Colvin (Bradford); his wife Joyce Mary Colvin; and his sister Marie Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Rick Colvin, Jr. (Sheila) of Hagerstown and Brenda Lane (Jim) of Westminster; and his grandson Derrick Lane.
