He was predeceased by: his father Elvin Vance Morningstar. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard V. Morningstar (Peggy) of Richmond, VA, Judith E. Munroe (William) of Severna Park, MD and Terry L. Morningstar (Gail) of Westminster, MD; his nephew Jonathon Farrell; his uncle Robert E. Keefer; and his aunt Shirley Dell.
