The memory of Rose Blizzard of Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on August 31, 2025 at the age of 74, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Albert Hooper, Jr. and Violet Hartman Hooper; and her husband Richard M. Blizzard. She is survived by: her children, Alison Schreefel (Chanse) of Westminster, Erin Traenkner (Eric) of Hampstead and Lauren Dauzat (Tom) of Hampstead; her granddaughter Harmony Schreefel; her nephew Jeffrey Eaton; and her cherished Claire.
