She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Famiglietti and Hilda Famiglietti. She is survived by: her husband Ronald A. Fairchild, Sr.; her children, Ronald A. Fairchild, Jr. (Rachel) of Finksburg, Lisa Marie Fairchild of Westminster, Michael J. Fairchild (Julie) of Philadelphia, PA and Mark B. Fairchild of Marietta, GA; her siblings, Rocco Famiglietti (Robin) of Annandale, VA and Cindy Potts of St. Petersburg, FL; and her grandsons, Adam Fairchild (Miriam) and Matthew Fairchild (Anna).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Lutheran Church or Carroll Lutheran Village.
