He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Stitely and Loretta Reaver Stitely; his wife Judy Lynette Williar Stitely; his brother LeRoy (Joyce Stambaugh Stitely); and his brother-in-law Cephus Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Rush (Doug) of Westminster, Don Stitely (Denise) of Westminster and Tim Stitely (Jenny) of Westminster; and his siblings, Joyce Thomas, Janice Stottlemyer (Bob), Donna Kay Nichols (Alan) and Fred Stitely (Linda). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
