He is survived by: his wife Gillian; his children, Reagan and Finnegan; his siblings, Colleen Hopkins and Ryan Hopkins; his sister-in-law Sue Hopkins; his nieces and nephews, Riley Hopkins Boria, Quinn Hopkins and Caitlin Pickett; his aunt Martha; and his uncle Jim Hopkins. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart School of Glyndon (63 Sacred Heart Ln, Reisterstown, MD 21136). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made toward Reagan and Finnegan's education or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
