She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Leppo and Sarah Leppo of Westminster, MD.; and her brothers, Norman and Robert Leppo. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Barnes; her children, Scott Barnes of Westminster, MD and Tammy; her son-in-law Kevin Jenkins of Salisbury, MD; and her grandson Carson Jenkins.
