He is survived by: his wife Martha Kiser; his daughter Jacqueline Paugh (Daniel) of Taneytown; his grandchildren, Sierra Kiser, Brandon Paugh and Alyson Paugh; his great grandchild Jackson Mills; and his siblings, Barb Buckley, Susie McDowell, Sharon Weaver (Randy), Sandy Rigler (Dale), Patty Mundorff, Gail Leavitt (David), Terry Kiser (Doris), Douglas Kiser (Michele) and Dusty MacMillan (Sarah).
