We are sad to announce that, on December 21, 2025, at the age of 79, Susan Ellen Gilbert of Westminster, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Susan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Susan farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis and Myrtle; her husband Daniel Gilbert; and her siblings, Jeanie and Joe. She was also cherished by her fourteen grandchildren, her four great grandchildren, her three nieces, and her three nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to the Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN).
