She was predeceased by: her parents, Mac Justice and Janet L. Justice (Devilbiss); her husband Bruce D. Hoover; and her stepdaughter Jennifer Perry. She is survived by: her children, Shane D. (Katie Hoover), Sarah A. (Chris Dougherty) and William D. (Lauren Hoover); her stepson Louis J. Hoover; her grandchildren, Kailyn, Jordan, Brandon, Ryan, Teagan, James and Laurel; her siblings, Mark (Laura Justice), Donna (Jack Reese), Debra (Dale Brauning), Sandra (Dennis Lepley) and Linda Justice; and her sister-in-law Patricia Hoover. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
