Teresa J. Hoover Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa J. Hoover of Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Teresa J. Hoover to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mac Justice and Janet L. Justice (Devilbiss); her husband Bruce D. Hoover; and her stepdaughter Jennifer Perry. She is survived by: her children, Shane D. (Katie Hoover), Sarah A. (Chris Dougherty) and William D. (Lauren Hoover); her stepson Louis J. Hoover; her grandchildren, Kailyn, Jordan, Brandon, Ryan, Teagan, James and Laurel; her siblings, Mark (Laura Justice), Donna (Jack Reese), Debra (Dale Brauning), Sandra (Dennis Lepley) and Linda Justice; and her sister-in-law Patricia Hoover. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hartzler Funeral Home- New Windsor (310 Church St, New Windsor, MD 21776). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Wakefield Valley Bible Church (2206 Old New Windsor Pike, New Windsor, MD 21776).
