With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tibetha Ann Owen of Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on December 24, 2025 at the age of 59. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tibetha Ann Owen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Owen (Boyle) and George A. Owen. She is survived by: her sister Claudia Jasinski (Tom) of Utica, NY; and her aunt Bonnie Owen of Hood River, OR. She is also survived by numerous cousins and dear friends.
