He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Joseph Amass, Sr. and Phyllis Jean Reynolds Amass. He is survived by: his daughter Scout; his wife Shirley Jean Amass; his daughters, Sarah Jenkins (Brad), Jenny Good (Ben) and Kelly Berrier; his grandchildren, Dominic, Natalie, William, Autumn, Noah, Raelyn and Zoey; and his siblings, Tricia Manik (John), Barbara Diefenbach (George), Tom Amass (Judy) and Jerry Amass (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sandy Mount United Methodist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Walter's memory.
