She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Flender and Johanna Cecilia Flender (Pfeiffer); her husband Carroll H. Staggs, Jr.; and her son-in-law Bill McClelland. She is survived by: her children, Laura McClelland and Jeffrey Staggs (Theresa); and her sister Norma Moore of New Jersey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
