She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Stem and Margaret Irene Caulford Stem; her husband Joseph Dennis Wade; and her sister Cecelia Hinkel. She is survived by: her children, Michael J. (Kathleen Wade), Catherine M. (John Grillo), Timothy F. (Adria Wade), Mary Kathleen "Katie" (Eric Matzko) and Kevin A. Wade (Samantha Collins) of Westminster; and her sisters, Frances Wetzel, Amelia Edythe Gary and Juanita Esther Stem. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and other family members.
