He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Ruby Sr. and Evelyn Louise Ruby (Taylor). He is survived by: his wife Laura Ann Ruby; his son Benjamin M. Ruby; his stepchildren, Sara E. Spangler, Ryan D. Spangler and Katie A. Nibbelink (Nate); his grandson Brooks Nibbelink; and his brothers, Wayne Ruby (Jenny), Richard Ruby (Dottie) and Steven Ruby (Tina). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Main Event Center (1341 N Main St, Hampstead, MD 21074). Those planning to attend are kindly asked to RSVP to wrcelebrationoflife@gmail. com.
