We announce the death of Andrew J. Joseph of Westover, Maryland, who passed away on July 19, 2026, at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin E. Joseph and Anna Lee Littleton Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Bozman Joseph; his daughters, Wanda Harris (Lindsey), Andrea Wharton and Jennifer Joseph; his brother Calvin Joseph; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Cody Harris, Jada, Jordyn Dickerson, Garrick, Byron, Shanee, Rashya, Isaiah Wharton, Raashan, Andre Lane, Scott Collings, Jayden, Ryleigh and William Joseph. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
