She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Oliver Leatherbury and Helen Louise Fisher Leatherbury. She is survived by: her sister Deborah Townsend; her nieces, Latosha Leatherbury and Tamela Harmon; her nephew Casey Harmon; and her close friend Alphonso Holland. She is also survived by four great-nephews, one great-niece, one great-great-niece, and two great-great-nephews.
