With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas Hall of Westover, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee Hall and Fairy L. "Teni" Taylor; his former wife Dorothy C. Hall; his brother Richard Hall; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Chandler, Reade Drummond, Gene Layne, Frances Hall, Brenda Chandler, Cackie Layne and Mary Drummond.
He is survived by: his wife Gail V. Hall; his children, Pamela D. Fitchett and Michael T. Hall (Kristi); his grandchildren, Shelley Seckers (Matt), Brandon Fitchett (Jessica), Matthew Hall (India) and Morgan Sneddon (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Emma, Ava, Thomas and Isabella; his brother Wayne Hall; and his siblings-in-law, Marianne Hall, Joyce Mason and Leo Chandler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
