He is survived by: his children, Dennis Mitchell of Whaleyville, Tricia Mitchell of Salisbury, Susan Hunter (Douglas) of Powellville and Stacey Parsons (Darren) of Laurel, DE.; and his siblings, Edward Mitchell of Crofton and Shirley West of Salisbury.
