He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil J. Webb and Catherine Mitchell Webb; and his wife Mary L. Webb. He is survived by: his friend Joshua; his children, Joshua B. Webb Jr. (Michelle) and Victoria Corrado (Raphael); and his brother Virgil L. Webb. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
