He was predeceased by: his parents, James Collins and Alice Duffy Collins; his son Kenneth A. Collins II; and his sister Darlene Stevenson. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Collins; his children, Ciara Collins and Linwood Harmon; and his siblings, Gracie Mills (Nathan), Valerie Collins and Melvin Collins (Paula). He is also survived by five grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lewis N. Watson Funeral Home (1618 West Rd, Salisbury, MD 21801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the Springhill Memory Gardens (27260 Ocean Gateway, Hebron, MD 21830).
