He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Lee Tull (Lewis); and his brother Raymond Kevin Tull (Donna). He is survived by: his father Wayne Tull; his wife Marsha Tull; his daughters, Rebecca Tull (Steven Bratten) of Pittsville, MD and Kelsey Downs (Robbie) of Berlin, MD; his grandchildren, Robert Wayne Downs, Wyatt Bratten and Colt Bratten; his brother Keith Tull (Jackie); and his friend Chris Scott. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
