She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wingo and Blanche Wingo. She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Powell Adams (Carlton) of Nolensville, TN and Patricia Ann (Jimmy Persons); her grandchildren, Carmen Adams Ward MD (Jason) of David Adams, MD and Randall Adams; her great grandchild Merrick Ward; and her brothers, Harry Wingo (Claretta), John Wingo and Franklin Wingo (Carroll). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
