He is survived by : his parents, Lyle Elder and Juanita Elder; his sisters, Lisa Chance (Marion) and Angela Long (Frank); and his nieces and nephews, Rachel Webb (Adam), Leah Palmer, Travis Palmer (Christina) and John Palmer. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
