He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter G. Barker and Vesta Barker (Pugh); his children, Belinda Rudd and Douglas Lee Barker, Jr.; and his sister Iona Brady.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Faye Barker (Ritchie); his children, Walter Douglas Rudd (Lorraine) and Wanda Jo Hollis (Carl); his daughters-in-law, Tina Marie Barker and Brooke Lynn Green; his grandchildren, Coleen E. Stanek, Brandon Douglas Rudd, Ayla C. Hollis, Wesley Reed Barker, Darian McCown, Amberlee Paige Barker, Douglas Patrick Barker, Stephanie Brown, Hunter Green and Sydnie Brown; and his siblings, Vesta Aldrich, Thelma Piercy, Edward Paul Barker and Virginia Ann Dempsey. He is also survived by his 7 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bryansville United Methodist Church (2325 Bryansville Rd, Delta, PA 17314). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
