She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Dause and Herta Dause (Schelein); her husband John N. Zacepilo; and her siblings, Gerhard Dause, Richard Dause and Frieda Stolony.
She is survived by: her children, George Zacepilo, Rose (Zacepilo) and John Zacepilo; her grandchildren, Tanya Murphy (Mike), John Kurinij, Alexandra Pires (Miguel) and Mark Zacepilo (Susie); her stepgrandchildren, Phil Bristol (Esha), Ben Bristol, Annette Bristol (Sam), Natalia and Ihor; her great grandchildren, Kiera, Mikey Murphy, Kegan, Caroline Kurinij, Theodore, Henry, Lincoln, William Pires, Milly and Emma Zacepilo; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hunter Gomez-Bristol, Brannon Bristol, Averie Wilson, Oksana (Luke) and Anastasia (Taras); her great great grandchild Emilia; and her sister Hilda Czeczulin.
