It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen JoAnn Byers of Williamsport, Maryland, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Mervin and Sarah Elizabeth Scott Eichelberger; and her brothers, Richard E. Eichelberger and Jack M. Eichelberger, Jr.. She is survived by : her husband Wallace Franklin Byers, Sr.; her children, Melissa A. Garcia of Coinjock, NC, Carisa L. Anderson of Poplar Branch, NC, Jack M. Myers of Williamsport, MD, Ralph C. Myers of Williamsport, MD and Mick McGinnis Byers, Jr. of Williamsport, MD; and her sister Brenda Denneen of Winter Park, FL. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
