He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Milton Fleagle and Alice Mae O'Donnell Fleagle; and his siblings, Irene Piper, Jesse Fleagle, Paul Fleagle, James Fleagle, Wilbur Fleagle, Betty Hockenberry and Richard Fleagle.
He is survived by: his son Mark Keith Fleagle of York, Pennsylvania; his wife Judy Fleagle; his stepdaughters, Sherry Snyder (Erik) of Murfreesboro and Christy Quartucci (Eric) of Hagerstown, Maryland; and his grandson Jarrett Sellers of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
