She was predeceased by: her father George Franklin Hamilton Harsh; and her grandparents, Ruth Virginia, Samuel McKinstry Norris, George Luther and Violet Elaine Harsh.
She is survived by: her mother Ruth Frances Lawrence (Norris); her children, Robert McCartney Jr., Tasha Blair (Alex Sotomayor) and Brian Blair Jr. (Katlin Blair); her grandchildren, Angel McCartney, Robert McCartney III, Zachary Tyler, Sophia McCartney, Caleigh Sotomayor, Madison Blair, Aubrey Blair, Bryce Sotomayor, Logan Blair and Owen Sotomayor; her husband Robert Lawrence Sr.; her sister Anna Daniels (Phil Daniels); and her aunt Ginger Spessard of Boonsboro. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
