She is survived by: her fiancé Mike Norris; her son Carl Cline (Stacey); her grandchildren, Michael Johnson, Jay Cline III, Jared Cline, Troy Cline, Carley Cline and Cameron Cline; and her sister Sandy Kelley (George). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
