She is survived by: her husband Robert Starliper, Jr.; her children, Alisha Howard, Shannon McAllister (Laurie), Matthew Howard (Kasandra), Jereme Howard, Sarah Starliper, Andrew Starliper (Sierra) and Darnell Mason; her siblings, Stacy Howard, Shawna Howard and Patrick Howard (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Alexander, Abigail Everitt, Robert Howard, Danielle Rosario, Donavyn, Madeleine, Ryleigh, Alaina Howard, Jereme, Faith Howard, Nathyn, Joleigh Lockley, Daryic Loudin, Melynie Lubonski, Ryland and Amiya Starliper. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
