She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance Eyler and Catherine Eyler (Delauter); her husband Charles Plummer; her son Brian Plummer; and her sister Sandra Hutzell.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracey Poffenberger (Elmer); her sister Lisa Beach; and her grandchildren, Emily Smith, Hailey Poffenberger and Seth Poffenberger. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
