He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Hose; his children, Doug Hose, Jr. and Julie Ann Billman (John); his siblings, Airy Shifflett, Linda Smith, Diane Schianodicola and Jerry Hose, Sr.; his grandchildren, Terry Otzelberger, Jr. (Rachel), Miranda Hose and Emma Whitmore; and his great grandchildren, Layson Bachtell, Hayden Potts and Hope Miles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
