The memory of Earl Ray Eckard Jr. of Williamsport, Maryland, who passed away on June 17, 2025 at the age of 69, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mamie Harnish (Fiddler) of Hagerstown and Earl Ray Eckard Sr. of Hagerstown; his stepfathers, Robert Mundey and Thomas Harnish; his brother-in-law Raymond Eichelberger Sr.; and his nephew Raymond Eichelberger, III.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Eckard; his sisters, Linda Weller (Gene) of Greencastle, PA, Brenda Baker (Bobby) of Hagerstown, MD and Tina Eichelberger of Hagerstown; his children, Cinda Davis, Kimberly Dayley (Greg) of Mercersburg, PA., Michael Fair (Holly) of Hedgesville, WV and Robert Eckard of Jessup, MD; and his grandchildren, Desiree Pettner, Dejza Davis, Jeffrey Reed, Jordan Fair, Christopher Fair, Josie Reed, Hannah Fair, Katie Stoneburner and Jodie Stoneburner.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
