He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Teach-Shank; his daughter Velvet Lorraine Shirley (Ron) of Fairplay, MD.; his granddaughter Serena Lynn Shirley of Fairplay, MD; his siblings, Barbara Shank of Hagerstown, MD, Kathy James (Bill), Linda Shank (Mark) of Martinsburg, WV., Bob Shank (Barbara) of Hagerstown, MD. and Barry Shank (Lisa) of Hagerstown, MD.; and his siblings-in-law, Berta Teach of Williamsport, MD and Doug DeLauter of Tilghmanton, MD..
