He is survived by: his wife Cathy Rowland; his son Jackson Rowland (Tera) of Falling Waters, WV; his grandchildren, Landon, Olivia and Avery; and his siblings, Doris Elliott of State Line, PA, Donna Martin of Greencastle, PA, Rosie Baker of Hagerstown, MD, Dolly Hose (Larry) of Clear Spring, MD, Carol Parks (Greg) of Conway, SC, Carolyn Binkley of Clear Spring, MD, John Rowland (Ann) of Williamsport, MD and Theodore Rowland (Joann) of Williamsport, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
