He was predeceased by: his parents, Almedia Todd and James H. Todd of Myrtle Beach; his brother Thomas Todd; and his stepdaughter Stacey Cook. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Todd; his sons, Justin Todd (Chelsea) and Bryant Todd (Kayla); his siblings, Robert Todd (Suzanne), Michael Todd, Jeannine, Timothy Todd (Janet), Sherry Wilson (Charles), Terry Witten (Robert) and Pamela Hernandez (Edgar); and his son-in-law Robert (Kristin).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
