Cardinale (Vic); her granddaughters, Kristi King (Greg), Whitney Sone and Madeline Cardinale; her great grandchildren, Madison Leatherman, Chase King, Hoytt Pittman, Ryelyn Lutz and Harper King; her sister Cleo "Pat" Tagliaferre; and her niece Brenda Wells.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of God Universal (12819 Point Salem Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Church of God Universal in Joanne's memory.
